Once you sign up as a vendor your application will be submitted to our brand management team. Once you are approved, you will be notified via the email provided at the time of sign and you will have immediate access to your dashboard.

If you are denied, you will be contacted via the email provided at the time of sign up. Yes, you will be provided reasons for the decline.

Payouts

Vendors will be able to withdraw their funds bi-weekly or once your account has reached $500 , you have the option to withdraw. Please allow 3-5 business days for the withdrawal to reflect in your bank account

Shipping & Handling

As a vendor you can either utilize our shipping services and we can store and ship your items on your behalf and issue tracking numbers or you can opt to ship your own items.

If you have opted to ship your own items you must use the designated carriers USPS, FEDEX, UPS and DHL.

Vendors are expected to ship out items within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. This excludes custom orders.

Vendors are expected to upload and supply customers with their tracking information. If customers need further support they can visit our shipping page and file claims with carriers directly if their items are lost.

Packaging

Beginning January 2024 you will be provided Goat Moves Marketplace branded packaging according to the products you sell. Vendors are expected to use branded packaging unless otherwise stated.

Customer Correspondence

Vendors are in charge of their customer service and inquiries related to their products and services.

Photo Requirements (Lighting)

Make sure the items and/or models are well lit and aesthetically pleasing.

Photo Requirements (Recommendations)

• Brand consistency
• Video tutorials for complex products
• High resolution images
